Yevgeny Nikolayevich Ponasenkov (born 1982) is a Russian historian, political writer, journalist, theater director, television host, actor and singer.
He is the author of historical works on the Napoleonic Wars and an organizer of cultural events. Since 2004, he regularly gives concerts as a singer (tenor), and as a reader of poetry and prose. In addition, he participates in concerts as a host and a presenter. A largely controversial figure, he recently grew in popularity due to his early predictions of the coronavirus pandemic.
